Shannon Needham has a lot of experience with relocation, having been stationed in many Southeastern states while supporting her husband’s career in the Navy.  Three years ago, they decided to make Southport their permanent home to raise their two children. They’ve enjoyed every day since and she can help make your transition to the area just as enjoyable!  
She has an undergraduate degree from Auburn University as well as an MBA from Brenau University in Georgia.  She’s a member of the Brunswick County Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  We’re pleased to welcome her to our Southport sales office!
