Karen Boyd is a proud Brunswick County native who, after working for seven years in property management with Coastal Vacation Resorts at Holden Beach, NC, earned her broker’s license in December 2010 and specialized in new home sales in the Leland area before joining Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., REALTORS®  Karen is a people person who listens well, speaks well, and negotiates well which makes all the difference for her clients/customers whether they are buying or selling.  She realizes that “people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care” and finds great pleasure in helping others.  She is eager to introduce you to our  friendly small town atmosphere, wonderful weather, and some of the most caring people you will ever meet.
