Mark is a native North Carolinian, with more than 28 years of experience in sales and marketing. He began his Real Estate career in 1995 and quickly began receiving awards and commendations as a Top Producer for RE/MAX Corporation. He later opened his own firm and acquired a Century 21 franchise in Central North Carolina. After growing that organization and guiding numerous agents to success for 12 years, he sold his controlling interest to partners and was then able to pursue his dream of relocating to the coast, specifically Holden Beach. Mark brings a wealth of marketing and service knowledge to his role with Margaret Rudd & Associates. He likes to share his love of the beach and is eager to help others embrace the coastal lifestyle.
