Brooke's leadership in the real estate sector is underscored by her historic election as North Carolina REALTORS®' first-ever 1st Vice President, as well as her service as Vice Chair of the NC REALTORS® Risk Management Committee. She has also been a Presidential Appointee to the NC REALTORS® Executive Committee. As a Golden R, Major Investor in RPAC, Brooke is a strong advocate for personal property rights.

Beyond her real estate success, Brooke is deeply dedicated to giving back to her community. She serves as a Board of Directors member for Brunswick Community College, The Foundation of Brunswick Community College, and Truist Bank. Recently sworn in as the 2024-2025 President of the Southport-Oak Island Chamber of Commerce, Brooke is known for her fair, open-minded leadership that inspires others. Brooke's determination and competitive nature extend beyond the real estate world. She is an accomplished equestrian, winning state-level championships with her Hanoverian horse, Roxy, in English Hunter circuits across North and South Carolina. She has also completed a marathon and a Half Ironman, and is a High Red Belt in Taekwondo, working towards her Black Belt. Whether she’s hauling her 37-foot gooseneck horse trailer or strategizing the next real estate transaction, Brooke approaches every challenge with resilience and drive.

Living on the street where she grew up, alongside her two German Shepherds, Jeter and Jolene, Brooke embodies a deep commitment to both her community and profession. Her success is a testament to her hard work, humility, and the legacy of excellence she continues to build.
