Jim Goodman

With over 30 years of experience in real estate leadership roles across Fortune 100 companies and various assignments throughout the United States, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. His extensive career has made him a trusted advisor and leader in the industry.

Jim earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Monmouth University in Long Branch, New Jersey, in 1997, where he and his wife, Pat, raised two children. Their connection to Brunswick County began in 1992 during family vacations, and they made the move permanent in 2002.

Throughout his career, Jim has served on numerous real estate boards of directors at both the local and state levels. His service includes key roles on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, and Strategic Planning initiatives. In recognition of his dedication and contributions to the industry, Jim was honored by his peers as the 2015 REALTOR® of the Year. He was also elected President of the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® in 2016 and 2020.
