Seth Bohrer

Originally from Manhattan, Seth Bohrer has called Oak Island home for over 27 years and has been a proud North Carolina resident for more than 37 years. After dreaming of coastal living during vacations at Myrtle Beach and the Brunswick County beaches, Seth and his family made their dream a reality in 1996 when they moved from Greensboro to Oak Island. His daughters attended Southport Elementary, South Brunswick Middle and High Schools, and Brunswick Community College, rooting the family deeply in the local community.

Seth joined Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., REALTORS® in 2016, bringing with him extensive knowledge of Brunswick County’s diverse communities. From Leland to Oak Island, Seth has successfully helped clients buy and sell homes across the area. Before moving to Oak Island, Seth worked as a licensed real estate agent in Manhattan for 3 years before transitioning into medical billing. His career in patient accounting included leadership roles at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital and J. Arthur Dosher Memorial Hospital, where he honed his skills in customer service and communication.

A graduate of the Leadership Brunswick Program, Seth has worked with the public for over 40 years and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
