Steve Minton, born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC, has always had strong roots in North Carolina. He and his wife, Karen, raised 2 daughters in the Wallburg community of Davidson County before moving to the coastal charm of Southport, North Carolina. They are active members of Generations Church, where Steve plays bass guitar on the Worship Team.
After a 24-year career as a Plastic Process Engineer and Master Molder, Steve retired in 2016 from TE Connectivity in Greensboro. During his career, he embraced the philosophy of CUSTOMER DELIGHT—treating every interaction as an opportunity to exceed expectations. This approach is at the heart of his real estate career, where he aims to provide an exceptional level of service to every client.
