Caswell Beach Area Information

View Caswell Beach Properties

There are many things to do in Caswell Beach! Located at the mouth of the Cape Fear River, deep dunes and sprawling beach cottages line the ocean side, and marsh side cottages on pilings overlook the shipping channel. The only souvenirs available at Caswell Beach are the shells collected on quiet low tide walks along this beautiful shore. Caswell Beach is the least populated of the Brunswick County islands and provides a peaceful oasis to make your home.
