For many people, relaxing near water is the ultimate way to decompress. Imagine if you could relax by water every day. Whether it's a beach, a bay, or a local lake, living near water offers so many benefits. While scenic views and fun activities come to mind, there are actually health benefits as well. Humans naturally feel better when spending time near water, which is why beaches are popular vacation spots.
