Cote brings a wealth of institutional knowledge to this role. She initially joined Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., REALTORS® in 2016, bringing decades of experience in personnel and project management and accounting operations to the firm’s property management department. In 2017, she transitioned into an accounting role for the brokerage arm where she also served as Relocation Coordinator.

Her appointment comes as the firm’s Relocation and Referral Services department continues to demonstrate significant growth and success. The department consistently meets its annual sales goals, nearly doubling targets in recent years, with a solid incoming referral conversion rate typically exceeding 50% and a robust outgoing referral program.

Cote’s new role continues the legacy of her predecessor, the company’s Chief Financial Officer and one of its Brokers-In-Charge, George Brake, Broker/REALTOR®, whose mentorship she plans to leverage for future growth.
