For the readers of this review, the essential message is that Brooke is quite good at what she does. Brooke has a good grasp of the real estate marketplace, and more importantly, what works and what doesn't. We handed her a condo that had been on the market for more than a year. She spend some quality time with us to understand what our expectations were. She researched the market and closely examined the condo. She correctly identified what we needed to do, that is to stage the unit, and provided us with an amazing local designer to do the staging. She made sure the unit was visible and visited. It was under contract in a reasonable period of time. During the contract and closing process, she firmly represented us to the buyers team, balancing communications so we knew what was important and were shielded from the useless churn. This is a priceless skill. Even after the closing, when we hit some unexpected delays, she stayed on the job until it was truly finished.

Brooke was wonderful to work with! She was so responsive from the first email (even during the holiday week), provided great listings for us to see in the limited time we had and was very knowledgeable about the area. My wife and I decided it was time to purchase a property at Ocean Isle Beach so we could stop paying others for our vacations. My wife and I were purchasing our home during Hurricane Florence. Brooke was dealing with damages to her own home and everything else that comes with a hurricane - you wouldn't know this with the amount of time she spent on the phone, giving guidance, with us living 6 hrs away. She was tremendous - guiding us through the market for several months prior to purchase. During the contract period she made everything as simple as possible and took care of any issues that arose as quick as possible. We ended up with exactly what we wanted and below budget.
